โรงเรียนกสิณธร เซนต์เจมส์ เชียงใหม่ จัดให้มีการประเมินพัฒนาการเด็กระดับอนุบาล 3, KG.3 โดยจัดเป็นรูปแบบฐานการเรียนรู้ เด็กๆ ทุกคนจะได้เข้าร่วมกิจกรรมในฐานทุกฐานตามตารางที่กำหนดไว้ ครูประจำฐานจะทำการประเมินเด็กเป็นรายบุคคล โดยใช้เครื่องมือ สื่อ อุปกรณ์ ที่เหมาะสมกับพัฒนาการและธรรมชาติการเรียนรู้ของเด็ก การประเมินพัฒนาการเด็กปฐมวัยเน้นการประเมินตามสภาพจริง ครอบคลุมทั้งพัฒนาการ ความรู้ ความสามารถ และความพยายามของเด็ก เพื่อทำการบันทึกและเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลของเด็ก
